This is the right of withdrawal, guaranteed by Portuguese and European law.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"exercer\" class=\"container legal-section\">\n<div class=\"legal-section-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">How to exercise this right<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to <a href=\"mailto:info@hoyarajewellery.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@hoyarajewellery.com<\/a> within 14-day period, stating:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"legal-list\">\n<li>Order number;<\/li>\n<li>Name the order was placed under;<\/li>\n<li>A clear statement that you wish to return the item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We'll confirm receipt of your request and send you instructions on how to return the item.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"excecoes\" class=\"container legal-section\">\n<div class=\"legal-section-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Exceptions<\/h2>\n<p>The law sets out some exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"legal-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Earrings.<\/strong> For hygiene and safety reasons.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Custom-made items.<\/strong> Orders made to the customer\u2019s specifications, engraved pieces or items that are clearly bespoke.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"devolver\" class=\"container legal-section\">\n<div class=\"legal-section-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">How to return<\/h2>\n<p>Once you've notified us of your intention to return, you have 14 days to get the item to us. It must arrive:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"legal-list\">\n<li>In new condition, with no signs of wear;<\/li>\n<li>With the original packaging complete;<\/li>\n<li>Together with the invoice and the delivery receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches Hoyara.<\/p>\n<p>Return address:<\/p>\n<address class=\"legal-address\">\n          Hoyara Jewellery<br \/>\n          Rua da Chavinha, 575<br \/>\n          4405-851 Vila Nova de Gaia<br \/>\n          Portugal<br \/>\n        <\/address>\n<p>If the item arrives in a condition that doesn't allow it to be resold, or if any of its components are missing, no refund will be issued and we'll return the item to the original sender's address.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"reembolso\" class=\"container legal-section\">\n<div class=\"legal-section-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Refund<\/h2>\n<p>Once we've received the item and confirmed it meets the conditions, we'll process the refund within 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"legal-list\">\n<li>Card payment: the refund is credited back to the original card;<\/li>\n<li>MB WAY payment: the refund is made by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you used a promotional discount code, the refund will only cover the amount actually paid, not the pre-discount value.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"trocas\" class=\"container legal-section\">\n<div class=\"legal-section-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14 days and place a new, separate order.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"reparacoes\" class=\"container legal-section\">\n<div class=\"legal-section-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Repairs<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Repairs, including gold-plating renewal, are handled separately from returns.
